Samuel Miller LaFollette, TN Death: Beloved Resident Has Died
With heavy hearts and deep sympathy, we remember the life of Samuel “Sammy” Andrew Miller, a cherished resident of LaFollette, Tennessee, who passed away on December 25, 2025, at the age of 75. Sammy’s life was marked by warmth, generosity, and a spirited love for the things he held dear—especially his family, his interests, and his community.
Born on July 3, 1950, Sammy had a passion for cars—not just for driving them, but for working on them, maintaining them, and proudly showing them off to friends and neighbors. His enthusiasm for the automotive world was infectious, and many in the community fondly remember his dedication to both the craft and camaraderie that came with it.

Beyond his hobbies, Sammy was deeply devoted to his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Gayle Miller, who stood by his side through life’s many moments. He also leaves behind his stepsons, Jeremy (Emily) Bolton and Caleb Bolton—young men who were blessed to be part of his life and whom he supported with unwavering care. Sammy’s legacy also lives on through his brothers, Dennis Miller and Gary Miller, and a wide circle of extended family and friends who treasured his kind spirit.
Sammy’s life was lived with sincerity and dedication—to his loved ones, to his work, and to the community he called home. He will be remembered for his generosity, his warm sense of humor, and his willingness to lend a helping hand. His presence brought comfort and joy to many, and his memory will continue to be a source of comfort to all who knew him.
A visitation to honor his life will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Martin Wilson Funeral Home in LaFollette. Following the visitation, military honors will be presented at 4:00 PM by the Campbell County Honor Guard, a tribute that reflects Sammy’s respected place in the community and the esteem in which he was held. A funeral service will follow, offering a time for family and friends to gather, remember, and celebrate his life.
